Clients contact Fortaleza by phone, set up appointment, and complete demographics
AOD assessment with counselor
“Drug Test” independent drug company “Millenium Labs”
Medical/Somatic
If accepted, group session
Physician one-on-one and medical assessment
Begin program of recovery
